What do you do when you go to shake someone's hand and they don't shake back?
It's happened to me a couple of times now and I'm not sure whether or not I should tell them to shake my hand

I don't know it's weird. Maybe they just didn't see I put my hand out or something. Both of the people who did it shook hands with me at a later point
