I have three testicals, now isn't that funny?
I thought I had cancer and went to the doctor. But he said that was normal.

It’s not “normal” per se to have 3 testicles (it’s “normal” to have 2). It’s a rare physical anomaly (triorchid) which is only found in a couple of percent of men. I know because I have the same anomaly.
