Why can't people just put on some clothes?

I am so disgusted with seeing half naked people in public no one wants your ass crack/ cheeks, crotch area, and underwear! Dress appropriately and respectfully I take one look at these individuals and want to vomit.

I've worked in hotels for many years and it use to be you could tell the club kids from the working girls, for the last 5 years or so you really can not and on more than a few occasions those I suspect were pros were dressed a lot nicer than a few coming back from the clubs.
