What were some of the weird things you thought as a kid?

Well, one was that I often fantasized about making grown women love me in a romantic way if only I could rescue them from some perilous situation/circumstance. The odd things were it started really young like before starting school and the fantasy only over involved women like my moms age. Sometimes teen girls. But mostly my moms friends, my teachers, and women I saw on tv. This went on until hitting puberty. Not sure how weird this is looking back now, but it stands out to me because it twisted and shifted and got mixed in with the natural sexual progression during puberty and became the makings of fetishes I have, I believe.
