What's your favorite kind of cheese?

Honestly for cheese? I'd consider it...

England alone does about forty different hard cheeses !
From Cheddar through just about all the counties.
Cheshire, for example. Is very light and very crumbly. Red Leicester is solid and quite mild. If you're really up for it, there are some Stilton's that are decades old !!!
France tends to do great soft cheeses. Similar stuff in Italy and Germany.

I think it's from Lebanon but sold all over the world....... You buy it pre packaged usually....... You cut it into the size portions that you want...... Fry it with some olive oil in the frying pan till all sides are golden brown then put a squeeze of lemon over it........ Eat it hot....... It's very salty but yum

Its also nice to offset it with something sweet..... I went to a restaurant before Christmas and had a pear haloumi and rocket salad and it was perfect.
