Not really. I smile when I lie giving an easy tell.

Regularly. Most times when I say, " It was nice to meet you" , what I'm really tinkinking is, "I really hope I never have the misfortune of ever seeing you again".

No, you only get caught out. Honesty is best. I have lied though rather than hurt someone's feelings ie; it's a nice dinner or you look nice in that dress.
