They were both taken at 1 PM and provided by the New York Times. The National Park Services tweeted then since they control the DC Malls.

@voyelle: This was on TV. It has been on all day! Trump is so upset that anything that he had was small. Actually his meeting with the CIA agency covered it. He fixated on the size then.
