In my HIIT class this morning...

OMG... We were on the floor doing stretches and the lady to my right let one go like a drunk sailor! It was so loud and she is so small...lmfao... I don't know what she's been eating but holy farts, Batman!

To her credit she was a good sport about it as we all cracked up.
