For those that are confused. Capitalism is the cause of both.
It is more profitable to hire workers that can be underpaid, abused, and cheated with no recourse. Where "troublemakers" can be deported.
And capitalism causes homelessness because housing is about making profit not providing housing for those who need it most.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow It says that the 2nd picture or situation is the cause for the first.
The logic you speak of is that bith have a common cause.
These 2 statements are quite different!
If it is an anti capitalist campaign, the logic of the pic is as vague as the logic of the campaign 😀

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow says you

@Jake966 No, says everyone who has analyzed the problem since the 1840s. But keep pretending because of your brainwashing.

@WandererTony I mean another take which is also somewhat valid is Americans are no longer raised to value manual labour. So they will be on the unemployment line before they consider doing manual labour they have been conditioned to believe is beneath them.
But it comes back to the same common cause. That mentality is profitable. Corporations don't want them applying for farming jobs because they would have to pay them fairly and treat them according to the law.
So under capitalism this is the preferred scenario.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow You might be a bit indoctrinated in trumpism. Capitalism is not why migrants work in our fields. They work in our fields because no kid of a radicalized trumper wants too. In fact no kid or no adult in America wants that work for $2.35 an hour.....or be paid by how many boxes of produce you can pick in a day.
So someone has to do it...........and migrants don't have any illusions of grandeur like American kids do.......... that they can graduate High school....with barely a 1.0 grade point and no ability to read above a 4th grade level...... but for some reason they should be worth $100,000 a year to start because they are Americans. Trust me I know.............I see a 100 of them apply for jobs every month at my businesses. Migrants on the other hand know a job is a job...and any dollar beats no dollar.......and picking strawberries beats being killed by a cartel.
Americans look down on people like that............but they eat the shit out of the strawberries those dirty immigrants pick and they love the fact every quart of them don't cost $25............like they would if one of their own kids picked them for $15 an hour.
Farmers feed America. Without farmers America's food chain collapses. Mexicans work.........American kids whine. Its not about capitalism. Its about the American farmer staying in business to feed Americans............ by hiring the ONLY ones in America willing to do farm work.

@MaBalzEsHari Umm no. I am a Marxist and yes it is because of capitalism. And they have been doing this since Reagan effectively criminalized worker migration in wait for it....the 70s.
And the hilarious part is you don't understand is capitalism is why they are being offered $2.35 an hour. Seems American education is worse than I thought.
Sorry but your analysis is the product of that failed system.
American supremacy and the economic system are two very different things.
But capitalism is why these people are paid poverty wages and why there are fewer and fewer good jobs in the US. Capitalism is exactly why they are not paid $15 an hour. It has fuck all to do with entitlement. If the US minimum wage had just kept up with inflation alone since it was first implemented the US minimum wage would be north of $20/hr.
But conservatives love to pretend a basic wage to function in the USA is somehow entitled.
And again you claim it is not about capitalism when you demonstrate you don't even know what it is.
You have zero intellectual curiosity about why wages are what they are. That is capitalism.
It is the same reason why nearly ever call centre in the USA that paid well has either gone to prison slave labour or the Philippines.
Before you comment you really should read about some basic economics.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I have yet to watch it but there's a video talking about how migrant work programs in the us are essentially slavery. They promise you citizenship but are really taking advantage. I have yet to watch it but I suspect migrants are tricked into working here for citizenship.

@MaBalzEsHari And I am sorry I have a very very hard time believing you run any successful business when you don't seem to understand the basic concept that a business is about making profit under capitalism.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Gosh............I feel so bad you can't believe me. How can I make you believe in me? Tell me. Tell me.
