I don’t eat fast food. Too many chemicals. It’s probably the monosodium glutamate in the foods that causes so much overeating. Fast food restaurants dope their food up with it to keep people’s appetites raging and make more money. It just messes with my heart causing palpitations. I can cook better things at home for less $.
