Classified as overweight by medical standards . But I still can run if I hold onto my boobs 馃槀

But I rarely RARELY eat junk food . The closest I get is a few chips now and then, maybe some ice cream.

@OogieBoogie if you go by those charts, we are all over weight. Doctors told me too and I could show you I am not. lol. Need a video of you running. Lol

@Sojournersoul oh those charts are crap .
They don't account for body types, muscle mass or visceral fat.

I was just learning about 'skinny fat people'. I never knew this, but you can have people who look like bean poles - and yet they may have hidden visceral fat - which is apparently the worst kind of fat .
And I know some really stocky people who look chubby - but there's not an inch of fat on them 馃し.
And then theres inner health .
Junkies look fit ...but geez, look at their skin !馃あ
@OogieBoogie I know. Had an overweight doctor not even look up at me from my chart and tell me I was overweight. I lifted and did cardio everyday

@Sojournersoul decades ago, late teens , I was very sporty and then lost a lot of weight .

Got to the weight that I was recommended to get to .
Then got told by a doctor I was too unhealthy coz I looked underweight - no tits, no ass, ...all of standard fat stores were gone .
It was all the muscle that was being weighed.

You can't win .

Fuck em .

I know I should be 10 kilos lighter馃檮
But I'll be damned if I'm gonna starve my body of nutrients to do it .
There's a woman at work almost my age - shes a good weight. Looks fitter than me.
But she lives on coffee, Red Bull and coke . She has migraines, complains about joint pain ...tiredness. She even told me she gets up an hour earlier just to get enough caffeine into herself to get going ! 馃し
She jokes about it ....but frankly - it'd alarm me .

Health isn't a certain body weight.

I know it's part of it , but not all of it .
@OogieBoogie you can win for losing. No tits and ass, can鈥檛 have that. lol

I know. I had to stop lifting weights and I got down to my recommended weight and I looked like a skeleton. People thought I had cancer. I know what my best weight is and I am healthy

@Harmonium1923 funny you should say that , going to my favorite butcher tomorrow to pick up 2 beauties.
I think I'll make this a regular thing.
The last one I had, what was left over I just cut into slices and used it to snack on when I got home from my morning shift.
And it was brilliant !
I never felt bloated or got cravings. I could go back and do my afternoon shift and felt full of energy ....I think I'm even staying up later 馃槀
