@DeWayfarer Actually, I can too. I just don't want the waiter to walk off mid order. If it weren't for that, I'd give the place a go.

@SW-User As a kitchen crew member myself.... I'm just now starting to imagine how they organize their orders.

Does the kitchen receive the original order, then make something else? or does the waiter decide and then tells the kitchen what to make?

@caPnAhab waiters are more likely to know the prices, which probably change over time.

@DeWayfarer I would think so. I don't know the prices of the foods I make. But I've only ever worked in this one restaurant. Maybe another restaurant might have exceptionally cross-trained employees.

@caPnAhab well it does happen. I have done both sides. Even in some high class restaurants. Yet most have never had the experiences that I have had in food services. I was even a goffer once for that high class restaurant. Taking the bank rolls to the bank.
