The wrong way to set an example...
A new boss takes over at a struggling company and decides to get rid of all the slackers.
On a tour of the facility he notices a guy just leaning against a wall.
He can’t believe the guy would just stand around on the job.
The boss walks up to the guy and says “What are you doing her?”
The guy replies “I am just waiting to get paid”.
The boss visibly upset asks “How much do you make a week?”
The guy responds “I make 300 dollars a week”.
The boss gets out his check book and writes the guy a check for $1200 cash and says “Here’s 4 weeks pay, now get out and don’t come back”
The guy puts the check in his pocket and leaves immediately.
The boss hoping that he made an example out of the guy says “Can anyone tell me what just happened here?”
A voice in the back yells out “Yea, you just tipped the pizza delivery guy 1200 dollars”.
