Today i got effortlessly defeated by a guy in my class in arm wrestling. Is it embarrassing?

As I have shared previously that I started going to an institute to prepare for exams to get into an MBA B School. There today I played arm wrestling with this guy named Ahmed in our class. I am 22 and he is also about 22-24 year old. I remember playing arm wrestling against other boys in my school days and used to lose badly against them but i didnt get better at all. While playing arm wrestling today with Ahmed, he didn’t even had to put much effort and defeated me easily. He was laughing seeing how easy it was defeat me and he was surprised too. Idk why i am so weak in arm wreslting. I am pretty good built and both me and Ahmed are about the same height(i am about 5'9(174-175 cm)) so idk why i lost so easily against him.
