You see an old man obviously wearing tights and a skirt, what do you think?

I want to go for a walk wearing tights and a skirt. I have a long winter coat but it doesn't quite cover the bottom of my skirt. What would you think if you saw me walking like this?

Well most times you'd think of him as a nut but not me, I wear a long dress and stocking sonetimes and it shows as its longer than my coat.
