Is one allowed to have 13 accounts on SW?

Someone told me the limit was three.
I have not tested it, I just have this one and one other that I never post nor react to, it is just a spying account once in a while. See if I am missing anything on this one. Of course I never am.

@LaconIconic some people do not agree with the fact that admins allow that but the reason they do is to create the illusion that there are more users here than what they're really are. It looks good if they ever decided to sell the site
