I couldn't decide whether or not to call in sick. No I'm not sick but I wanted a day off. This was a part-time employee. Didn't have any trouble finding the energy to text during his shift though. Twit.

@Roddy15: If you can't fire them because HR is too chicken sh*t, you ride them, within limits, until they give up and leave on their own. It can be done but you have to be smart about it. Don't want any lawsuits.
