Happens all the time at our grocery store that able-bodied people use them. They are clearly lazy, or immature, or they have that feeling of entitlement so common these days. I have seen several older or disabled people having to wait for one of these scooters because a**holes were playing with them. I spoke to a manager once and she said their hands are tied because corporate doesn't want to be sued for discrimination.
