Dropped my wallet at a shopping mall, bent over to pick it up and my shorts ripped wide open. Friends couldn't stop laughing!

@Chrisy2 It's a difficult one. I love food, especially fast food, so I'd find it difficult to diet. But equally, I'm way too fat, and I know it can't be healthy to have a stomach as big as mine, so I do need to do something about that eventually. I look at photos from 2 years ago and can't believe how much bigger I've gotten 😳

I think the first step is to probably get your head around the fact that the fast food isn’t gonna disappear- so if you have it say a couple of times a week, moderate portions, don’t go super-size, then you could enjoy it for years to come.
Then perhaps look at yourself in the mirror and say if you want a girl in your life, perhaps use that as motivation for eating better, exercising a bit more and just taking care of yourself :)
You seem a nice guy, so I reckon you’re worth it 😊😊@Fatboy

@Chrisy2 That's fair and constructive advice. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to not be able to get talking with girls because all they see now is my belly. Never used to be a problem but now it's too big to hide. And I try to avoid looking in the mirror! 😂
You seem wise beyond your years. Thanks for your kindness
