Then why do we need a vaccine?
latinbutterfly · F
@MrBrownstone Well, a mask is meant to help stop the spread, but not actually stop the virus 🤷♀️.

@MrBrownstone Nobody ever said masks were the be-all, end-all. They help prevent the spread.
It could be argued the vaccine is a super-mask, which helps more.
No measure is 100%. It's a combination. Social distancing. Hand-washing. Avoiding non-essential gatherings.
If someone said to me, "If you wear a mask, you will save one life", I would wear a mask.
"Why do we need a vaccine?" does not explain why some made a crusade of refusing to wear a mask.

@Mamapolo2016 If people would stop driving cars to prevent one death in a car accident,why not ban cars?
Mamapolo2016 · F
@MrBrownstone Still no explanation.

@MrBrownstone 🤣 Hmmm, maybe it would be completely impossible for many people to get to work, not to mention that people like myself have kids and vehicle is an absolute necessity.

@latinbutterfly You have the freedom to find a job that works from home.

@MrBrownstone Okay, but like I said though, I have kids. We go places and do things together, lol.
