Do North face jackets keep you that warm?

I guess its a new trend in my area, these people will sit on the side of the road holding a sign trying to get our attention to give them money because they'er "unfortunate" but they're out here wearing all these name brand clothing. I dont know who gave it to them, but Walmart is seriously not even 20 steps away and their clothing works just as good and its way cheaper.

often , the items donated to the local help centres are brand named clothing ...in fact , more often than not .

@EastAfricanQueen: Yes ...from my experience almost all these folk have a story to tell ,and often they are there through circumstances that couldnt be avoided
