Okay guys here I'm not talking about any food items that you chew or you gulp.

But

I am asking do you gulp your medicine or you chew it?😅

Pills often have coating. It can work not as well or harm your stomach to chew medicine.
Its usually meant to get to a certain point in your system before it dissolves.
It's also nasty.

@REMsleep Yes, they're 'time released', So designed to breakdown evenly in the body over a specific length of time.
