Store banning CV19 Vaccinated customers?

So some businesses are banning people who haven't been vaccinated but here's a business in Windsor, Ontario Canada who is banning those who [b]HAVE[/b] been vaccinated from entering their store? What am I missing here?

I imagine both of his regular customers agree with him and he has now got the publicity he desired. I'm sure one or two equally deluded people will seek out his store, doubling his income.

@Frank52 You may well be right, it may be some sort of a publicity stunt because it certainly has no logic or common sense to it. His claim of mitigating liability with his insurance company is ludicrous too.
