Sometimes I would like to know why and what children stick up in their noses....the question makes for an icebreaker when people have run out of things to say. Did your children ever stick anything up their noses?

In answer to your question, yes. My daughter did, twice. Once a bit of a wallpaper border from her bedroom wall. That one went mouldy up her nose and I began to notice a smell...... The second time, it was a KitKat wrapper, the metal bit. Both times we had to take her to get it removed.

My daughter put a grass burr up her nose.

I had to take her to a specialist and that day his suction machine was broken and he had to remove it manually.
