Yes, I gag really easily. Lots of things set it off. Just something like a bad smell can make me gag until I throw up. Once I start gagging I have a few seconds to make my way to a place where I can vomit. Sticking anything down my throat makes me puke immediately. Can't take any covid tests without puking either and even brushing my teeth often makes me throw up over the sink. It's no fun but I'm used to it.
Do you often throw up from it too? And always with really bad timing, obviously..!
