Are 4 sausage egg muffins from mcdondalds too many?

My belly says yes v.v oh gosh its so full my stomach hurtssss

If I eat a McMuffin from the Golden Arches, I buy and eat TWO bacon, egg and cheese combos. Two, that's my limit. Any more than that gives you gastritis. And that, my friend, is what you are suffering from eating four.

@Ashly111 It's a nice way of saying you have an excess of grease in your system. Sausage is greasier than bacon, and too much of it can rebel on you in a most unpleasant way.
