My friends having a birthday thing at a LGBTQ drag karaoke bar. Am I gonna feel uncomfortable there as a straight guy?

You shouldn’t be. Not being there with your friends. If you were by yourself, perhaps. But even then, it’s unlikely anyone would bother you.
