It's an intimate piece of female clothing that we don't normally get to see women wearing. When you do see them, you're seeing the "forbidden". The feel of women's panties (particularly classic-style full-cut nylon brief panties) is very sensuous, silky soft, feminine, and particularly naughty feeling for a man to touch. And if a man dares to wear them, I think almost without exception he'll become hooked on the naughty erotic feeling.
