Most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you before?

I was really into karaoke in my mid to late 20's, still am. I was also very heavily into drugs at this time. My singing was never an issue, I always did really well and I got a lot of praise on my singing.
The embarrassing part was when I ended up with psychosis because of all my drug use, and had public meltdowns on mic. None of which was very entertaining, just disturbing and cringey. =/
