I simply don't get women dressing like so inappropriately..like whyyy

Three ladies at my work place which is a proper office- wear short skirts n deep neck, while nobody else does.
I do not understand why would anyone do that.. i don't fucking care freedom to wear, whatever it's clearly no sense of dressing at work place.

I dont know what your work environment is so i dont know what is appropriate attire. I take it there is a dress code? Are they within it?
I worked in a school and we had a number of young ladies in there early 20s working with us. Often tgey wore stuff completely inappropriate for the nature of the job.....and certainly not suitable for working with kids.
A number of us mentioned this to senior management.....but they werent told to cover up.
