Ladies, how is it possible to have a nip slip and not know it??

While at the grocery store today I crossed paths with a woman wearing a dress a bit on the small side for her build.
Short, tight, and too low cut for her extremely LARGE breast.
Nor was she wearing a bra, as one of her very large nips was trying to escape.
She had no clue 🤯

Would you be aware if you had a nip slip seeing as you are a woman? I know I had a wardrobe malfunction and didn't notice right away. Then I was thinking that maybe no one noticed so I just left it instead of drawing attention to it by trying to adjust 'things'.

@skmokisses Yeah I thought the same until I noticed my 'manhood' making an uninvited appearance out the bottom of a pair of cut offs I was wearing. I didn't notice for a bit though.
