@JimminyChristmas in some states you need a permit to. A chef that was laid off, bought the equipment from his boss and had it in his house to use to feed the homeless and was raided. So...

@JimminyChristmas not specifically, but I know they random raid raw milk farms there.

@Peaceful That happened in my county! Pissed me off! I should be able to get raw milk if I want!! Talk about overstepping your authority.
