I can't eat it too hot. @NativeOregonian

@pennynoodles I use the mild McCormick's chili mix, but make it with four pounds of meat, two pounds ground beef and two pounds diced beef roast. It's so thick a fork stands upright 😋

Sounds very nice and not too hot for me.@NativeOregonian

@pennynoodles It's very good. I had to tone it down after my gall bladder was removed in 2002, before that I used the spicy version.

I had mine removed a few years back too. I seem to cope well enough without it. @NativeOregonian

@pennynoodles I hate eating the wrong things then having bathroom issues within minutes sometimes.

That's why I needed it removed in the first place. That and the pain. One thing I cant eat much of is cream but I'm not too bothered by that.@NativeOregonian

@pennynoodles I was having weekly ER visits and shots of dilauded every time, very surprised I didn't get addicted to percocets

I only had one gallstone but it was a big one. It wasn't causing discomfort every day but when it did, I was doubled up in pain. In the end it got more frequent and enough was enough. Strangely, I thought I had its before hand but it turns out I didn't, it was the gallbladder not working properly. I'm better off without it. @NativeOregonian
