@SW-User I don't think it should be. Unfortunately the word Jew, like the word gay is not an offensive word in itself but it gets tossed around as an expletive by ignorant people. They will show up just to see what happens. Then your band becomes a parody and it's about your name not your music.

You could definitely get away with that name at the bars here on Saturday night, although there would be a lot of beer cans on the stage and we might need more Security in the parking lot... but why not give your band a name that will fly in the mainstream, just in case you become a gigantic success?

Why be potentially offensive if it's not necessary?🤔

@EmilyEdith he spelled it ju, not jew though. those are two different words that sound the same. that's why I was confused.
