@pennynoodles There are handbags with magnetic closures and they can also cause a credit or debit card to deactivate. I’ve had customers at the store where I worked tell me that their debit card didn’t work & they couldn’t make a purchase. I asked them if their handbag had a magnetic closure & sure enough they did. It wears off in a few hours but frustrating until then. I have magnetic closures but keep my card in a wallet on the bottom of my purse.
