Have you ever Laughed or Cried when someone gets the contents of a muddy puddle sprayed over them.

Have you ever seen someone nice dressed in light coloured clothes walking along the road when a fast travelling truck passes and sprays the contents of a muddy puddle over them, does it make you laugh or cry?

The small town where I grew up it was as funny as buying the pedestrian new clothes and $500 bucks on spot! Either way when you did it intentionally or not that was the joke you had to laugh at 😂 so when it was raining or been raining you had to be quick to grab the number plate and if they didn't stop, you just needed one witness, the clothes your wearing and a stop to the next police station! Sometimes if you stopped was much better as you can negotiate the price!!
