Do you ever make yourself laugh at inappropriate times?

I was at the dentist and she had her finger in my mouth while she fixed up my tooth. It occurred to me that I could lick her finger in an erotic manner 🤔 I didn't, of course, just a random thought that made me laugh which is not helpful when you have a drill to your tooth 🤷‍♂️
