I first wash my face, then thoroughly scrub my privates, butt hole and feet. I finish off by shampooing and conditioning my hair while I scrub the rest of my body with shower gel or exfoliator. I do this every day because I'm a germaphobe.

Top to bottom, start at the head and work my way down to the feet so the shampoo and soap along with what's being washed off keeps going down.

@SW-User my feet have been being sprayed down by the shower head and all the runoff soap for the duration before I actually get to them. Most of those germs are gone.
