Would you ever have a colonic?

Have you ever had one? I had one recently as I felt a bit blocked, had no idea that was not what they were for. I really didn't expect it to last that long and would not have another for sure.

I've had them before, but prior to them, questions were asked and answered as to why they are given and what a person might expect with respects to the benefit of receiving a colonic.

All I can say is that if you feel you have a certain condition affecting you and you believe it's in the medical realm, then I'd say seek out a medical opinion first and see what you are told.@Wol62

Not to sound like a wise guy, but there are other methods, which are far less time consuming and relatively inexpensive. Had anybody recommended you get a colonic; and that's why you went?@Wol62
