What's the scariest drink you ever had?

Cynar was the most unpleasant. Drinking it is a bit like hitting your thumb with a hammer. For an instant, you feel nothing, but you know that it's going to hurt like hell. The same with Cynar. You take a sip, taste nothing but know that it is going to be very bad.
