Human is a race. Caucasian, Negroid, Mongol, Asian are not races they are all of the Human race. Nearly all "white people" also have Mongolian DNA thanks to Genghis Khan and his hordes aping and pillaging through most of Europe ( look it up).
Skin pigmentation is just a different level of melanin in the skin and that ends the anatomical distinction.
Are you suggesting that an albino black man is superior to a caucasian because he is much more white than People of European decent?
