Embarrassing photos?
If you go to a store to get your photo developed, do the photo developers keep your photos on file, or on the computer, or is it illegal to do that?

I would have to think that with the way they are developed now, that a digital image is saved somewhere. The whole process is computerized and photos are printed rather than developed.

@summerlove The ethical response is yes, after the prints are picked up there is no need for a digital copy. I use to have a friend who developed pictures and he had some doozies. I think if I was going to indulge in some voyeuristic activity with a camera, I would use a digital camera and confine it to my own computer and printer.
