Someone was driving like a dumbass in traffic and endangered me and some other people. I’m pretty sure I know who it was. What should I do/say next time I see them in person?

Tbh something like that happened to me and my gf, some dizzy bitch was texting on her phone swerving left and right, basically she nearly swerved into us. We followed her until she stopped at the services. I got out and gave her a right mouthful for endangering our lives and hers
