@Horsepower of course, it can depend on the person. But I mean from a societal perspective it's kind of whats expected of women. We aren't "supposed to be hairy" I know women who refuse to leave the house w/o shaving.

@LikeTheSun well i have a vagina and I can tell you these stereotypes never bothered me and it shouldn't bother you either. When you are younger it's harder because women think they are only of value if they are young and pure and clean. Well I tell you it's just brainwashing, you are good, hairy or not.

@LikeTheSun social perspective is mother of statement. Both gender are expected to look beautiful all time. Which ain't happen in real world.

There are still people who like things natural way, if you know what I mean!

Plus you initially you said chest hair might make you sneeze! Are you not directly or indirectly imposing on men? Does that not put someone under pressure?

@Horsepower not really, I wouldn't see it as imposing bc its not an end all be all for me. Him choosing to have body hair or to shave it doesn't make him any less of a man. But a women who is visibly hairy is not as easily accepted, especially as a woman bc it goes against the beauty standard.

@Horsepower Hair where exactly? The only chest hair I have is very thin non-visible blond hairs to keep me warm hahaha.
