@pennynoodles I call peanuts “itch pills” if I exceed my limit I get itchy. I need to leave them alone.

@pennynoodles I was getting itchy off and on not realizing it was peanuts. Then I stopped eating them for a few years and one day I forgot and ate something with peanuts and it didn’t itch me up. So I started eating them again. Buy a big container of them at Sam’s Club and have a handful a day and won’t bother me until a week or so later. I guess I can handle so much and then my body reacts.
