What's the point of losing weight all year just to gain it all back in December?

Seems like kind of a waste of time 😂

1. To be healthy, means you are not held back to enjoy all of life. So the scale is just that, a measurement, yet. ...to much weight will impede you to enjoy.
A. Take your waist measurement - over 80cm for a female, then your heart has to work harder.
B. Take your hip to waist ratio.....
Know these 2 measures. ..

We have either a healthy life style or not.
If you choose to over eat on junk food, then save your money for future health bills. You will get , type 2 diabetes, or heart issues or a stroke. Live this way, no exercise, consume sugar in drinks, lollies, junk food.

Try to not consumer more than 6 teaspoon of sugar in foods each day. 99% of foods that are processed will have added sugar in.

Be healthy. ...
That's just the ebb and flow of the tide.
