Apart from the obvious Lego brick, what is the worst thing that you have stood on?

My son had these Barney Hot Wheels cars that were convertibles and had Barney sitting in them. One day, I stepped on one of those and drove the top of Barney’s head into the arch of my foot. It dropped me like a bag of cement.
