What is the most embarrassing thing to happen to you?

I once ran into the ground. There was a very steep slope, which I attempted to run down at full speed, but I tripped and rammed into the hard Earth. I honestly thought I had popped a lung for a little while there, but all I got were bruised-ass ribs.
