They do not realize this was started on Twitter and there if you hashtag it actually links to anyone there who has used the same phrase, but I have seen younger people do it as well @#Clueless

I can understand maybe one, but I´ve seen people posting dozens of hashtags describing a bowl of cereal

And then they add some more in a foreign language.

Spanish speakers love to describe everything they see in English too, sometimes with very poor results.
