Did you ever lose track of days where it became embarrassing?

I returned to work yesterday after being off from work during my exam period. I made my way to the department which handles uniforms as I needed to go for a fitting for a company branded jacket.

Now I KNOW that they only do fittings on Mondays, since they already told me this previously... somehow I convinced myself that yesterday was Monday and when I entered the department asking for a fitting, the lady just kindly smiled at me and said "G, you know fittings are only on Mondays"...

And I eagerly reply "Yip and hence I am here now" all smiles!! 😁

She says: "But you are two days too late"...

Me... 😳... 🤦‍♂️

I walked away without saying a word!!! 🤣
